Legacy Green Clean provides janitorial and cleaning services for residential and commercial properties. Service details, schedules, and scope are agreed upon individually with each client.

Quotes & Scheduling

All quotes are estimates based on information provided at the time of request. Final pricing may change if the scope of work differs. Scheduling is subject to availability and confirmation.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing safe access to the premises, securing pets, and safeguarding valuables. Legacy Green Clean is not responsible for items not reasonably secured prior to service.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

We request advance notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Repeated short-notice cancellations may result in additional charges or service refusal.

Payments

Payment terms are communicated at the time of service agreement. Late or unpaid balances may result in service suspension until payment is received.

Liability Limitation

Legacy Green Clean will take reasonable care while providing services. Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Health & Safety

We reserve the right to refuse or stop service if conditions are deemed unsafe for our staff or clients.
